It's easy, simply purchase a care plan that meets your needs and our specialists will maintain your website on a monthly basis.

All our contracts are initially 12 months in duration when you first join, after which they automatically renew monthly.

If you cancel during your initial 12 month contract, you will pay an exit fee, equivalent to two months service (refer to your plan).

We provide an array of essential WordPress maintenance services included in every plan. Please see Care Plans for details.

You may downgrade or upgrade your Care Plan at anytime during your contract. We'll start your new plan in the following month.

No, your initial contract is always 12 months, so you can upgrade or downgrade plans during this time, without starting again.

If you require additional support with your WordPress website maintenance, simply contact us and we'll advise accordingly.

If you require other services not included in your chosen plan, such as photography or video, we can refer you to selected partners.

We accept credit/debit cards and payment via Direct Debit for all our plans. Best of all we don't charge you processing fees.

Yes of course, we offer free hosting with all of our plans, so if you wish to move hosts or servers, we've got you covered.

Of course you can, but hosting with us makes the process smoother. So you can switch hosts to us at the same time.

We action all of your care plan services during business hours (9am-5pm). Work outside these hours needs to be requested.
